Sally Golan
Bio
Originally trained in Musical theatre, Sally Golan made the transition to film shortly after she graduated the Randolph Academy For the Performing Arts in Toronto. She learned about her passion for performing at the age of three when her mother use to make her sing “My Little Pony” while wearing an embarrassingly bright pink tu-tu. Sally held numerous lead roles in plays and musicals such as Anything Goes, Bye Bye Birdie, Thoroughly Modern Millie, The Heidi Chronicles, The Wizard of Oz, ect…She recently produced a short film that will be showing at the Cannes Film festival titled I am an Island and is attached to a thriller feature film as a female lead. Sally spent some time interning at the Greene Street Films studio in New York City where she decided to move there and pursue her passion for the arts. She has several projects lined up and is excited about the release of 48 Hours in Purgatory. “ I had too much fun shooting this thing! It’s films like these that remind us actors why we are in this business.”
