Bio

ROSANNA ARQUETTE is best known for her role in the 1985 feature film Desperately Seeking Susan for which she won the British Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress. She has had notable roles in numerous Hollywood and independent feature films including S.O.B., Baby It’s You, Silverado, After Hours, New York Stories, The Big Blue, Pulp Fiction, Crash, Buffalo 66 and Sugar Town. In 2002 she directed and produced the documentary, Searching for Debra Winger, featuring interviews with Jane Fonda, Gwyneth Paltrow and Daryl Hannah and All We Are Saying in 2005. On television, she was nominated for an Emmy for her performance in The Executioner’s Song opposite Tommy Lee Jones. She also starred in the TV movie adaptations of Song of the Morning Star and Johnny Belinda. Most recently, Arquette starred in the ABC drama, What About Brian and has guest-starred on television shows such as Lipstick Jungle, Medium, Dirt, The L Word, Grey’s Anatomy and Law & Order: Criminal Intent. Arquette comes from a family of actors, including her grandfather Cliff Arquette who was “Charley Weaver” on the old Hollywood Squares television show, and her siblings David, Patricia and Alexis. She is also known as the Rosanna, of the 1983 Toto song that won a Grammy Award for Record of the Year. She currently resides in Los Angeles.
