Martin Henderson
Martin Henderson first became a star in his homeland, New Zealand, when he starred in the series Shortland Street in the early to mid 90s. He then moved to Australia to star in the short-lived soaps Echo Point and Sweat, which also starred a pre-famous Heath Ledger. Martin also appeared in Home and Away and Big Sky, as well as receiving an AFI Award nomination for his supporting role in the Aussie film Kick. Along with an appearance in the 2002 film Windtalkers, the 32-year-old actor became known to North American audiences for his role as Naomi Watts doomed boyfriend in The Ring (2002).
