Emmanuelle Vaugier
As one of Canada's busiest actors, Emmanuelle Vaugier can be seen as the new detective Jennifer Angell this season on 'CSI NY'. Last season's Emmanuelle had a recurring role on the CBS hit sitcom "Two and A Half Men" as Mia, the beautiful and elegant ballet teacher who catches Charlie's (Charlie Sheen) eye.
Emmanuelle is considered one of Canada's most promising young performers. In the upcoming feature film "Unearthed" Emmanuelle plays Annie, the sheriff of a small, rural desert town. Written and directed by Matthew Leutwyler, Emmanuelle stars opposite Charlie Murphy and Tommy Dewey. She is the voice and likeness of Nikki in Electronic Art's new adrenaline-filled street racing game 'Need for Speed Carbon'.
She was also the new female superhero for the television adaptation of the comic "Painkiller Jane" for the Sci Fi Channel. More recently she completed a starring role in the "Master of Horror" series directed by John Carpenter.
