During the past 15 years, Stephanie Symns has worn many hats in the world of business. With an honors degree in business and a wealth of experience in marketing within multinational corporations she has for some 7 years now focused on the world of film and television as a producer, consultant and entrepreneur. In this time she has earned producer credits on more than 25 hours of programming.

In 2006 she produced (with Lynn Booth of Make Believe Media) the 1-hour truecrime documentary series Very Bad Men, for Global Television and acted as Consulting Producer for season 2 in 2007. She wrote and produced the 2006 Gemini nominated 4 x 1-hour documentary series Girl Racers on North America's top female racecar drivers for Global Television, which was acquired by Biography US, and received a 2005 Gemini nomination for the documentary Drawing Out the Demons: A Film About the Artist Attila Richard Lukacs directed by David Vaisbord for Bravo! and TVOntario. She was also the Associate Producer of Keith Behrman's award-winning feature debut Flower & Garnet which was released theatrically in 2003.
