  Jason Statham (THE TRANSPORTER, THE BANK JOB) returns to star as hitman Chev Chelios in this high-octane sequel in which he engages in an electrifying chase through Los Angeles in pursuit of the Chinese mobster who has stolen his nearly indestructible heart.

  The movie also features reality-show staple Corey Haim, country-singer/actor Dwight Yoakam and Pedro from Napoleon Dynamite Efren Ramirez.

  Crank: High Voltage aka Crank 2: High Voltage is looking more and more exciting, almost too exciting, but it's certainly going to top Crank (Filmstalker review), and there are a heap of interviews with cast and crew.

  They talk about their own roles, about how the film is ramped up from the first, the plot line of this second film, the stars, and the appearance of Corey Haim. Oh, and of course there's Jason Statham and Amy Smart, amongst everyone else.

• New teaser poster for Crank: High Voltage!

  Liongate is pleased to present the first TEASER POSTER from CRANK: HIGH VOLTAGE, the high-octane sequel to the 2006 hit film CRANK – both written and directed by Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor. Jason Statham (THE TRANSPORTER) returns to star as Chev Chelios, a hitman who launches himself on an electrifying chase through Los Angeles in pursuit of the Chinese mobster who has stolen his nearly indestructible heart.  

  Also reprising their roles from the 2006 original are Amy Smart (MIRRORS) as Eve, Dwight Yoakam (SLING BLADE) as Doc Miles, and Efren Ramirez (NAPOLEON DYNAMITE) as Venus.  Rounding off the cast are Clifton Collins Jr. (CAPOTE) and Bai Ling (RED CORNER).
