Michael Roesch

Starting to shoot his first eight-millimeter film at the age of 12, Michael has known since that day, that he wanted to be working in the entertainment industry. While being in college, Michael started writing as a film journalist for newspapers and magazines. After college he served as editor-in-chief for different magazines. In January 2000 Michael went with Uwe Boll to Vancouver, BC, to work on Boll's first American feature film "Sanctimony". In Uwe Boll’s video game adaptation "House of the Dead" Michael served as co-executive producer. For "Alone in the Dark" Michael has written the screenplay with Peter Scheerer and Elan Mastai. Recently Michael has also written together with co-writer Peter Scheerer the screenplays for "House of the Dead 2", "Brotherhood of Blood" and "Far Cry", and served as Associate Producer for the upcoming videogame adaptation "Bloodrayne“. Michael is currently working with screenwriter Peter Scheerer on several new screenplays. Michael Roesch and Peter Scheerer are represented by Michael Shlain at the Shapiro-Lichtman Talent Agency.
