In addition, while working closely with Pueblo Film A.G, he streamlined the delivery and collection system for international sales.
Kaczmarczyk initiated and implemented pre-sale rights licensing for Superman III, Supergirl and Santa Claus The Movie. His video sale of the Warner Brothers' theatrical release of Supergirl to International Video Entertainment made industry headlines as the first segmented "studio" video deal. In 1984, functioning as project leader for Salkind's Santa Claus The Movie, he challenged industry frontiers with his newly developed segmented-licensing system resulting in a record breaking deal between Tristar, Viacom, and Media Home Entertainment. Considered revolutionary at the time, these segmented rights deals are now accepted industry norms.
