The Sun-Sentinel has posted an article on Wong Kar Wai in honor of the 'My Blueberry Nights' DVD release. Originaly printed in the Los Angeles Times, It's an interesting retrospective on the celebrated director's body of work.
"...My Blueberry Nights, which follows Jones' doe-eyed heroine from New York to California as she recovers from a bad breakup, is an attempt to shed his old habits that doesn't quite succeed. This was the first film role for the 'Come Away With Me' singer as well as director Wong Kar Wai's first english language film. She decided to be in the film to have a new experience, and says working with Wong Kar Wai helped her gain confidence.
"He makes films like a jazz musician," says Jones, who didn't see a script until just a few weeks before shooting. "I just had to blindly trust him."

Playback STL has just posted an aricle about 'My Blueberry Nights'. The film stars Norah Jones in her on screen debut. The film also marks director Wong Kar Wai's first foray into English language filmmaking.
