‘The Twilight Saga: New Moon’ Breaks Midnight Screening Record!

After the long hard wait for the second installment of the Twilight franchise fans flocking to the midnight screening of New Moon broke the previous midnight screening record by scooping up an estimated $26.27 million in 3,514 theaters. The previous record holder was Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, which opened July 15th with $22.2 million.
