Synopsis
A single, suburban dad tries to make ends meet as a security officer at a New Jersey mall. It's a job he takes very seriously, though no one else does. When Santa's helpers at the mall stage a coup, shutting down the megaplex and taking hostages (Paul's daughter and sweetheart among them), Jersey's most formidable mall cop will have to become a real cop to save the day.

ESPN has interviewed 'Paul Blart: Mall Cop' writer and star Kevin James. James chats about the inspiration for his mustache, how fast he was able to get the Segway up to and hitting the curb his first day of filming. The comedian also talks about the bloopers, and his upcoming film as a zoo keeper in...'Zoo Keeper'. The actors goes on to tough on his hit sitcom 'King of Queens', UFC, and polyester pants. 'Paul Blart: Mall Cop' is out in theaters now.

Moviehole has interviewed Kevin James about his latest comedy 'Paul Blart: Mall Cop'. James talks about co-writing the family oriented film, the ideas of the security guards and segways, and the love story involved. He also chats about the physical demands of the movie, how Adam Sandler was involved and holding on to stand-up comedy. 'Paul Blart: Mall Cop' is out in theaters today.
"...I wish I were in better shape when I was doing it. I realized right away, I go, "Boy," because I wanted to make this movie the most physical movie, physical thing I've ever done performing and by far, it was. So every day we realized - and then when it was getting laughs on the set, we realized we just wanted to keep going with that. And man, I was banged up and bruised up..."
