punisher_war_zone1Lionsgate has informed us that they've released the Rob Zombie music track from their upcoming bullets a'flyin' movie Punisher: War Zone. Based on the popular anti-hero created by Marvel Comics, Ray Stevenson (Rome) now wears the kevlar armor with the skull on it. Frank was a special forces Marine whose family was murdered in cold blood when they inadvertantly came across a mob gunfight in the park. Now Castle has taken the shattered remnants of his life and transformed himself into a vigilante armed to the teeth and with only one manifesto driving him forward: to punish as many evildoers as he can find. Essentially, it's like this: The Punisher is like Batman except he doesn't have any issues with pulling the trigger. Lionsgate is releasing the film on December 5 and they've just let go of the first music track on the film's soundtrack, Zombie's "War Zone".
