  Film.com has talked to 'Soul Men' star Samuel L. Jackson. Jackson talks abouts being able to pull of the cool swagger, something he describes as 'well-earned'. He also talks about his moments with the late Bernie Mac, and how great he was in his last performance. Jackson aslo discusses his newest movie, and how much fun he plans on having. 'Soul Men' is out in theaters now.

  "...The level of hard work that we know we put in, and the pay off for it, kind of gives you a reason to feel like, "I earned it, I deserve it, and I can stand up a little straighter." [Our] two characters, also, you look at those two guys, they are two guys that Bernie and I recognize and know in a very real way. They are guys of a certain age, but they grew up together. They were kids together. They know a lot about each other..."

  The MetroMix has caught up with ‘Soul Men’ actor Samuel L. Jackson on his latest role as Louis. Jackson talks about co-starring in a comedy and Bernie Mac’s passing. Jackson also chats about being credited with over 100 movies and talks about which ones he feels truly happy with. ‘Soul Men’ Is out in theaters Friday, November 7th.
  
  “…the next day’s not promised to any of us. When audiences see [this movie], they will see the guy that they knew, loved, invited into their homes, the guy that made ‘em laugh till they peed in “Kings of Comedy,” and they’ll discover he can sing, dance, and do some other stuff dramatically that they’ve never seen him do. So it’s sort of a fitting last picture for him…”
