Synopsis

People are living their lives remotely from the safety of their own homes via robotic surrogates—sexy, physically perfect mechanical representations of themselves. It’s an ideal world where crime, pain, fear and consequences don’t exist. When the first murder in years jolts this utopia, FBI agent Greer (BRUCE WILLIS) discovers a vast conspiracy behind the surrogate phenomenon and must abandon his own surrogate, risking his life to unravel the mystery. - In Theaters September 25th, 2009.

movieset.comAs the summer blockbuster season comes to an end, moviegoers will be looking for new titles to satiate their need for cinematic entertainment. Well moviegoer, look no further than Surrogates, the new Bruce Willis action / sci-fi movie from Terminator 3 Director Jonathan Mostow.
In Theaters September 25th, Surrogates takes place in a utopia-esk future where people stay secluded in their homes and send flawless robot versions of themselves out into the world in their place. But things go sour when a collage student is murdered, and FBI agent Greer (Bruce Willis) is forced to leave his home for the first time in years to investigate the murder.
