If you have ever watched a cartoon in the last three decades you have most likely heard Frank Welker's voice. One of the most prolific and talented voice actors, he has worked in a staggering number of series including, The Simpsons, Futurama, Spongebob Squarepants, Kim Possible, The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius and many, many more. One of his more impressive vocal feats was providing the voice for 8 of the original14 Decepticons in the Transformers (1984) cartoon. He has also done nearly every voicing of Fred in Scooby-Doo.
