Directed by The Lord of The Rings’ Peter Jackson, The Lovely Bones stars Saoirse Ronan (City of Ember), Rachel Weisz (The Brothers Bloom), Mark Wahlberg (Max Payne), Susan Sarandon (Dead Man Walking)and Stanley Tucci (Julie & Julia). The film centers on a young girl who has been murdered and watches over her family and her killer from heaven. She must weigh her desire for vengeance against her desire for her family to heal.
