Trevor Markwart
Trevor Markwart was a comic book publisher and artist, as well as a high school teacher, in Fort McMurray, Alberta before leaving to pursue his writing career. He moved to Victoria, BC, where he wrote over a dozen screenplays. In 2002 and 2003, he studied at the Canadian Film Centre, where he wrote and directed several short films. They Wait marks his first feature.
