Shane Dean

Shane Dean is a native of Mt. Vernon, New York. This star- studded city produced such names as Dick Clark, Art Carney, Heavy D., Sean ‘P. Diddy’ Combs, and two time Academy Award Winner, Denzel Washington. Dean has been in the entertainment industry for ten years growing from a theatre trained actor into an overall visionary filmmaker. He came on the Hollywood scene with his Las Vegas based production company, Bases Loaded Unlimited to produce the underground urban classic, “Sugar Valentine” which stars himself, Clifton Powell and Glenn Plummer. Since releasing “Sugar Valentine” in October of 2004, Dean and production company, Bases Loaded Unlimited acquired over fifteen screenplays. UNDER THE SYCAMORE TREE is the next feature to be released from the slate. In this family dramedy, he cameos as Roman Christophe’s agent, ‘Colin Stronger’. Dean is currently in production on another feature drama entitled “The Saints Of Mt. Christopher”, to be shot on location in Mobile, Alabama in February 2008.
