Watchmen

The Los Angeles Times chats with "Watchmen" graphic novel author Alan Moore about his plans to bring the epic superhero story to big screens this spring. Moore chats also talks about the adaptions of the novel, the legal matters and his reputation for being recluse. Watchmen is due in theaters March 2009 and stars Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Matthew Goode, Jackie Earle Haley and Patrick Wilson.

"...Will the film even be coming out? There are these legal problems now, which I find wonderfully ironic. Perhaps it's been cursed from afar, from England. And I can tell you that I will also be spitting venom all over it for months to come..."
